Role Type: Offshore – Full-time / Part-time (as required)
Location: Offshore (Pakistan / Philippines / UAE – remote)
1. Role Purpose
The Loan Processing & Application Officer is responsible for building accurate, complete, and
submission-ready loan files in line with approved broker instructions, lender requirements,
and aggregator standards.
This role is execution-focused and does not involve credit judgement or advice.
2. Primary Accountability
To ensure that every loan file:
• Is accurately entered into systems
• Meets documentation and checklist requirements
• Is packaged correctly for submission
• Is ready for broker review without rework
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Application Build & Data Entry
• Enter client and loan data into:
o Aggregator CRM
o ApplyOnline / Simpology / any other platform (as instructed)
• Ensure consistency across systems
• Follow approved data standards and naming conventions
B. Document Verification & Indexing
• Review documents for completeness and validity (non-judgemental)
• Flag discrepancies, expiries, or missing information
• Upload, name, and index documents correctly
• Ensure documents align with lender and aggregator checklists
C. Checklist & File Readiness
• Work strictly from approved checklists
• Confirm all mandatory documents are present
• Prepare files for:
o Broker review
o Mentor / aggregator review (if applicable)
D. Conditions Tracking Support
• Track lender conditions post-submission
• Update file status accurately
• Assist with document collation for conditions (as instructed)
E. Escalation & Boundaries
• Escalate:
o Data inconsistencies
o Missing documents
o System errors
• Never interpret policy or assess serviceability
• Never submit applications without broker approval
4. What This Role Does NOT Do (Critical)
• Provide credit advice
• Interpret lender policy
• Select lenders or products
• Approve or submit applications
• Communicate credit opinions to clients or lenders
5. Required Skills & Competencies
Essential
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong data entry and document handling skills
• Comfort with structured systems and checklists
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely
• Basic understanding of financial documents (training provided)
Preferred
• Experience in admin, processing, or back-office roles
• Exposure to CRMs or workflow systems
• Financial services or loan processing exposure (not required)
