Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for two Digital Marketing Assistants to support our Digital Marketing Executive in managing digital marketing activities for the company and its clients. The role is suitable for candidates who have a good understanding of social media, digital advertising, content creation and basic marketing analytics, and who are eager to develop practical experience across different digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts and day-to-day digital marketing activities.
- Support the setup, monitoring and management of campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with monitoring campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions and engagement.
- Help prepare and maintain content calendars for different brands and clients.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for required marketing materials.
- Assist in creating, scheduling and publishing social media content.
- Conduct basic keyword, competitor and market research.
- Support basic SEO activities and website content updates.
- Assist in collecting data from Google Analytics, Search Console and advertising platforms.
- Prepare routine campaign updates, reports and performance summaries.
- Support the Digital Marketing Executive in implementing marketing strategies for different clients.
- Coordinate with designers, developers and other team members to ensure marketing tasks are completed on time.
- Keep marketing files, campaign information and content schedules organised and up to date.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media and online advertising.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Good written communication and content-writing skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports and campaign metrics.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Executive.
- Previous experience or internship in digital marketing, social media or a related field is preferred but not essential.
